The special education team at SASIC believes all students are capable of learning and that effective teachers can reach every student. We believe effective teachers should be able to integrate learning that is meaningful and useful in the child’s home and community with the content requirements of the school. To be an educator one must be open and responsive to all learners and learning styles.
